About Our Company

Pearl River Design and Construction LLC, is a localy owned and operated company in the DFW area. The owners have been in the builidng industry since 1993. Pearl River was started in 2007 when occasion arose to break free from the 9-5, and start a new company with a different direction and vision. With a broad background in construction and many years spent overseas studying architecture and builidng styles in Australia, a versitile awareness of styles helps shape our designs. We believe in the concept that work should be fun, and make it our mission to design and build projects that are unique and enjoyable not only during the construciton process, but in the years of use that will follow. In 2007, the Genisis 3 ("www.genisis3.com") group put on a pool construction seminar designed to raise the pool building standards. Where soil engineers are used, and proper plumbing schedules are measured and followed. Creating pools that will last longer, and save on operating costs by matching pool equipment with pool size, and pool water effects, maximizing the pools look and design features. Anyone can build a freeform pool with 2hp pump, 2" plumbing and basic DE filter and heater, but not anyone can design a back yard waterscape that includes balance, form and motion.
